I just received the replacement MOD-T because the prior extruder was determined to be defective (manufacturing) and so far.... this new one works great. I'll try and get the old one in a box and back to you today.

Great Tech support! The gentleman who helped me on the phone for 1hr and 45 min to try and fix this problem was very nice and extremely product knowledgeable. Hey, I'll never get those 2 hrs back ... but at least they were stress free.
