Just hooked up our schools New Matter 3-d printer. Everything seems to be fine through the installation process including loading the filament. When I go to print the keychain, nothing happens... Help!
Thank you for posting on our message board. Please note that the MOD-t does have some trouble connecting with industry level WiFi which is normally used in school settings. However, if you want to double check if your MOD-t is actually seeing your school’s network you can do the following. First, plug in the USB cable from your MOD-t to your computer. Then lets go ahead and open the MOD-t printer tool, log in if necessary and then click on “Settings”. You can then click on WiFi Settings, this will bring up the next page which will bring up a list of available networks. Now, if you are not seeing any networks populate in this list or if you are unable to connect I would like to have you attempt USB mode.
From the same MOD-t utility you want go back from the WiFi setting and on the previous page click on USB Mode. The following page will have two square buttons, you want to click on the one that reads “Use USB to connect to the store”. At this point lets attempt a test print and see if we can get your printer going. For additional help I have also provided you with a link that gives a visual step by step guide to using USB mode.
