Sold printer

I sold one of my printer to I have to remove it from my account and if so how do I.

Hi Chad, if you still have the printer, you can connect your USB cable, open up the MOD-t Printer Utility Desktop Software, select the first option on the left-hand side for account, if you are not signed in go ahead and sign in, then select unlink printer.

If you’ve already sent the printer off to the new owner, when they get the printer they will have to go through the installation process and then generate a support ticket when it tells them the printer is linked to another account. At that point we can use the CPU ID to unlink from your account.
