CPU fell asleep, MOD-t stopped?

Daniel Aug 05, 2017 06:18PM PDT

I sent a gcode print using the Desktop App sliced with Cura. Went out for lunch, came back and noticed the printing head seemed to just stop in the middle of the last few slices. The head was not raised as I expected it to.

I also noticed my CPU went to sleep. I only can assume that the CPU falling asleep stop the mod-t. If that is true, how are people doing long prints? Are you just disabling auto-sleep?

Hi Daniel,

This is definitely not because of the CPU going to sleep.

We do however have some questions about your Cura set up, if you could please email us at Hello@newmatter.com we can help you get to the bottom of this.
