My printer status is connected, but when I send a print file the front panel light never flashes. What could be the issue?
Hi Cliff, it could be that something is stuff in the memory of the MOD-t so it won’t take new print jobs. Try unplugging the MOD-t for about 15 seconds, clearing anything out of your queue that might be in there, and then try starting a new print.
