my filament doesn't go in to my 3d printer

clifton Sep 21, 2017 09:19PM PDT

how come my 3d printer won't take in my filament?
I used the filament I bought from
https://store.newmatter.com//#!/standardfilament
, I was changing the filament and read the instructions from
http://support.newmatter.com/customer/portal/articles/2750133-where-did-my-unload-option-go-
but when I put it in, it didn't budge a millimeter.
I just printed today, when it stopped working, so how come it won't take the filament
