I'm trying to print something that I need soon but whenever I try to print it the machine part will move but the nozzle thing is not fully down and no filament comes out. How do I fix this in time?
The issue you’re describing could be caused by a few different things, such as a filament tangle or a clog in your hot end, so we definitely want to continue troubleshooting personally. Thank you for reaching out to our Support team via email and we’ll keep working together to get you back up and printing as soon as possible!
First off, thank you so much for your purchase of the MOD-t! If you’re first design is not printing we definitely want to start by making sure that your filament is fully loaded. Visit this article (http://support.newmatter.com/customer/portal/articles/2368765) for step by step instructions for running a filament Load sequence. When you do so, it’s very important that you push the filament through the top of the carriage until spaghetti-like strands start to extrude onto the build surface. Once you’ve confirmed that your filament is properly loaded, go ahead and try running your print job once more.
If you’re still experiencing issues, we’d love to do some personal troubleshooting with you! You can reach us by phone at (866) 949-8722 or live chat Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST or via email at email@example.com.
